Drew Anderwald

 While earning my bachelor’s degree at Samford University, I worked for Intelligent Parking Systems—a valet, parking lot management, and shuttle service company based in Birmingham, AL. That hands-on experience laid the foundation for my brother Spencer and me to launch Distance Brothers Transportation Services after moving back home to Corpus Christi, TX.

What began as a single valet stand quickly expanded to offer parking lot management, shuttle services, trucking, and trailer rentals. After achieving our DOT operating authority and purchasing our first shuttle bus in 2012, we realized we had a true knack for passenger transportation. Over the next 14 years, we grew from that single bus into a fleet of 14 motorcoaches, supported by a full-service facility and a dedicated team of nearly 30 employees in Corpus Christi.

Beyond the business, I’ve been fortunate to marry Debbie, the love of my life and mother to our beautiful children, Dash and Delilah. We are incredibly proud of what we’ve built and excited for the future of our growing organization!
